Was this past Sunday at Suburban Bowlarama in York, on Queen street.. 

5 game qualifier rounds, then a bakers style  stepladder finals..  Adaults rolled odd frames, juniors rolled the even frames.. 

 We had a blast...  This was the first time we've bowld a tourny together.. 

Synthetic lanes (normal house shot), which I had no clue as what to expect.. I've bowld on synthetics before, but never seen them as slick as these puppies where..  Not sure if it was the type of oil used, or the lanes or BOTH, but I can't remember having to use my Uranium Solid, and my son his Ultamite Inferno  from the get go.. 

I have to say this, once you found your mark, it didn't change much at all..   We BOTH bowld very well.  I'll explain the finals at another date, LOL... all I can say is, thats some presure our son had to battle...    He bowld average which is great..  I bowld out my @$$ ....  {actually what I should be hitting around}

Son  =  235  -  196  -  183  -  148  -  167  =  929     Excelent Job !!!

Me  =   204  -  289  -  223  -  217  -  275  =   1208     *^#@*%& 6 pin  LOL

Well, fall leagues are now over..  It was a good year once again..  Got to meet some new people and seen some old friends move on.. 

Once again hard work and determanation on the lanes helped me to continue to rise in average, I know some don't feel an average is good to go on ones ability, but I think in my case it does..

I say this only cause I know the time spent on the lanes working on so many things I see the improvemnets I've made..  

Goals I've set and reached/ and didn't

200 avr in 2/leagues ---  199/Wed - 198/Fri-Mxd

300 game ---  NOT

700 series ---  2/ 744/722 

I did manage to get my first 800 though, which was not a goal ---  803

High games were ---  278/275

NOW LET THE SUMMER LEAGUES BEGIN..... 

Sitting here just grazing around the bowling forums and was thinking..

With the fall season coming to its end, How many of you bowl in summer leagues ?

I bowl in 2 leagues in the summer too..  Tough Shot legaue  and a No-Tap w/ misses and our son

The wife and I bowld the Mixed Count Team tourney thismorning at Garden Spot lanes in Straughsburg Pa..  Very nice place there.. Not you big houses i.e. 43 and 72 but very well maitaned astablishment..  Tourney was run very smooth, started right on time with no head aches.. JOB WELL DONE (once again Brain K.) and to all your staff..  Anyway..

Started out with H2O, and stayed with it throughout the 3 games.. First game I had a VERY nice line to the pocket...2nd game prety much same line, just some tough brakes.. Finished ok though.. 3rd game again, some tough brakes, carry got me on afew good shots.. but thats bowling..    265 - 209 - 191 = 665   

Hello folks.. Why is it sometimes it will allow me to upload pictures, and sometimes  it says that my browser  dose not recognize IFRAMES 

Dose anyone else have this problem ? And do you know what might be causing this ?  It is getting frustrating..
